I have worked in the sport and leisure industry for over 10 years as a Lifeguard, and Swimming Instructor (including a stint with Harlow Penguins Swimming Club).
As a Personal Trainer I has worked with all age groups and all ability levels and have helped many people improve sporting performance, lose weight, improve their heart health and develop better, more functional movement patterns. I believe in a healthy body, mind and soul and encourage functional lifestyle changes and wholefood diets.
